Ciudad Quesada is located just 8 kilometers north from the major town of Torrevieja.
The town is a popular place where many people live all year round and offers a wide variety of bars & restaurants with different cuisines.
There is a doctor's surgery, some excellent dental surgeries offering multiple languages. Quesada High Street has a variety of shops, and there are probably 6 different supermarkets with shops in Quesada.
The beaches of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja and just a short drive away.
The town also has a golf course and Aqua park.
The views are good, inland you have mountains, the countryside surrounding Ciudad Quesada includes orange groves and the salt lakes of Torrevieja.
There is a Norwegian school in Quesada for Scandinavian children.As the moment the nearest for British children is El Limonar in Villamartin, around 20 minutes drive away.
Street markets are: El Zoco market is not far from the Quesada Arches, next to the roundabout on the motorway by the Masa cement factory and Lemon Tree market - On farmland reached by a farm track just off the Lemon Tree Road (CV-895) and close to the far end of the El Raso urbanisation. Both are held on Sundays.
